Our local teams travel the world to select the most remarkable homes and provide unmatched welcome and service at their destinations.MissionRoleAs a Team Lead Concierge, based in Ibiza, you will play a central role within the Client Experience & Concierge team for Spain destinations. You will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, coordinating concierge teams, and developing a network of high-quality partners. Your mission will be to ensure excellent service and a unique experience while supporting a team of concierges in delivering bespoke services.ObjectivesClient Management and SupportWelcome clients and organize their personalized arrival and stay.Coordinate the organization of events and manage quotes for services and experiences.Ensure the smooth running of stays and maintain continuous client satisfaction.Create client schedules and oversee support provided by local teams.Personalize each client’s experience and build loyalty with an international client portfolio.Occasionally perform check-ins and check-outs.
