Ensure that the feedback provided to the team members on their performance is accurate, complete and timely.Collaborate with the Quality and Training team to identify any issues, drive metrics and adapt to the needs of customers, team and client.Enhance the performance of team members by creating team meetings and providing individual coaching sessions.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management team from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the project.Who are we looking for?Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.Preferable with 2 years of working experience as a supervisor or team lead is required for this positionExperience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metricsPossess project and resource management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent decision making and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Who is TDCX?TDCX (NYSE: TDCX) provides transformative digital CX solutions, enabling world-leading and disruptive brands to acquire new customers, to build customer loyalty and to protect their online communities.TDCX helps clients, including many of the world’s best brands, achieve their customer experience aspirations by harnessing technology, human intelligence and our global footprint.
