TEAM LEADER - DATA MANAGEMENT / JAPANESE SPEAKER

We are looking for a passionate Team Leader with a native\/bilingual level of Japanese to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office and lead our amazing Data Management Team.
The primary focus of the role will be to be responsible for planning activities and managing budgets in a Data Collection (DC) team.

\u First level escalation point of contact for the local BU\/Global Team \u Responsible for the project execution, monitoring KPIs and Target compliance \u Identify and inform local BU in advance about detected issues and possible risks proposing action plans \u Leads the team in ensuring compliance to provisions\/commitments as stipulated in the Client Service \u Monitor the team performance and provide regularly updates for specific KPIs, ensuring workload compliance and Develop and share knowledge with the team \u Oversees effective resource allocation to meet both productivity and quality metrics \u Manages process, resources, and system applications \u Complete maintenance of reference data (Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations) as essential for US Production.
\u Receive and respond to Client Data Inquiries.
\u Follow standard practices and business procedures.
\u Performs ad hoc data analysis and participates on various process improvement as needed.
\u Validation and QA\/QC - Perform validation checks for operational processes and data inputs\/outputs.
\u Responsible for complying the internal quality standard.
\u Validate that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data that should result in an update, creation, or deletion in existing data.
\u Perform functions as directed by the immediate superior and local office project lead.
