TECH ART LEAD

We need an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join one of our most successful social casino titles.
This is a key role, requiring a proactive positive mindset.
You’ll be running a dynamic Tech Art team that drives innovation and collaboration across the whole project.
*What You'll Do* *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Lead Technical Artist in mobile games.
* Expert in designing and implementing visuals in Unity.
With a strong focus on technical performance.
* Solid understanding of 2d art import and integration Best Practices within a 2d mobile application.
* Experience in C# programming.
* Solid knowledge in 2D/3D asset creation software.
* Strong working knowledge of VCS (specifically git).
* Solid knowledge in optimizing mobile game performance * Strong skills in shaders, VFX, animation, and art direction implementation in Unity.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English and able to represent the tech art team in cross-functional forums.
* Experience with project management tools like Jira.
