TECHNICAL CELONIS TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Global ResponsibilityWe are looking for a Tech Process Mining Expert to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Celonis Tech CoE: technical evolution and maintenance of the different processes implemented. You will use your knowledge to proactively identify and implement improvements that will evolve efficiency and effectiveness.Specific ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the technical strategy for the Celonis Tech Center of Excellence (CoE).Drive the technical evolution and maintenance of various processes implemented within the organization.Identify and assess new technologies and methodologies to enhance process mining capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead the design, development, and deployment of process mining models and frameworks.Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of process mining tools and platforms.Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Oversee system upgrades, patches, and configurations to maintain optimal performance.Maintain documentation of technical processes, configurations, and best practices.Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.Implement and enforce best practices for data management and protection within the process mining environment.Monitor and address data quality issues to ensure accurate and reliable process analysis.Design, develop, and deploy Celonis applications to meet specific business needs.Customize and extend Celonis functionalities to support unique process requirements.Create interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Develop scripts and automation within the Celonis environment to streamline processes.Continuously enhance and refine Celonis applications based on user feedback and changing business needs. Required skills and qualificationExperience (years/area): 3-5 years of Strong knowledge and experience in process mining tools and platforms, particularly Celonis.Experience in designing and developing applications within the Celonis environment.Strong technical experience in relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python. Working experience with ERP (SAP) system, data extraction, data analysis, reporting tools (PowerBi) it will be a plus.Analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.Experience in project management (backlog management, prioritization skills and team coordination) as a senior or project lead.Qualification and Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required. Celonis Certification (Data Engineer/Implementation Professional) is a plus.Fluency in Spanish and English: Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging proactive identification and resolution of technical issues.Knowledge of Pharma Industry: It is not required, but it will be a plus.
