Primary Skills Cloud Infrastructure Management Office IT Support (e.
., desktops, laptops, mobile devices) File Sharing and Collaboration Solutions Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDI) Security Patching and compliance.
App packaging and deployment.
Key Responsibilties We are looking for Citrix cloud and Azure cloud compute and Storage as mandatory skills Secondary - Windows System Admin, MS SQL, PKI Certificates and Windows services.
Service Delivery Excellence Oversee and operate the day-to-day operations of the end-user computing environment.
Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Implement robust processes and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.
Proactively identify and mitigate service risks.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Conduct regular service reviews and provide comprehensive reporting.
Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
