Technical Project Coordinator– Web3 MetaverseWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Coordinator to join a dynamic and innovative EVM layer 1 Protocol. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across different departments (engineering, bizdev, marketing). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is skilled at keeping teams aligned and projects on track.As the Technical Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include:Plan, organise, and oversee projects across multiple departments, aligning them with organisational goals.Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.Coordinate teams and foster effective cross-department collaboration.Manage tools and systems to monitor project progress and performance.Organise and support the execution of key initiatives, such as product and partnership launchesAs the Technical Project Coordinator you should bring:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the tech industry, preferably in the Web3 space.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.Notion proficiency.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to shifting priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with product development, marketing strategies, or partnership processes is a plus.Passion for the Metaverse industry and web3.
