Are you looking for the next challenge in your career?Would you like to be part of an exciting highly qualified team of professionals in an international environment?We are currently looking for a 1-3 years experience qualified Technical WriterJoin an international division and work alongside with some of the most talented engineers and technicians from all over the world.Your benefits:Competitive Salary.Long-term secure contract.International Project with top technologiesPossibility of working remotely with a flexible schedule.Integration in a highly qualified team of professionals.Travel abroad with your project.Specialized training and continuous professional development.Social benefits and flexible compensation plan.ResponsabilitiesCreate and maintain Product documentation (e.g. Release documentation, PCI process documentation)Organize and manage our collaborative documentation platform (confluence) to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date (e.g. information about organization, processes, trainings, onboarding, support and create templates)Collaboration with different people/teams/sources to gather and verify information write well-structured and easy-to-understand documentationreview and edit documentation for completeness, style, and accuracy, which includes correcting documentation created by other teams Qualifications and experienceUniversity degree (master / bachelor) in computer science/engineering/journalism or at least 3 years of experience in any of these areasDocumentation isn’t just a task for you; it's a passion for sharing knowledge in a valuable way with the teams. Strive to maintain and enhance the quality of documentation, embrace creativity to identify improvements, and take initiative and motivation to drive those enhancements forward.Excellent knowledge of EnglishVery good communication skillsStrong attention to detail in order to maintain and improve the quality of the documentation.Ability to understand technical informationAnalytical procedure and abstractionGood knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Optional – but a major plus:First work experience in IT services and software development, preferred in the area of electronic paymentExperience with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, MS Visio, Doxygen, JIRAExperience with authoring tools like Oxygen XMLExperience with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture)Basic knowledge of HTMLAll positions of require a high level of English (C1 or higher) - please send your CV in English and do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
