You will respond to consumers' questions and complaints regarding various products and resolve them in a skillful, professional, and empathetic manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies take the extra mile to engage with the customers Requirements What skills & experience you'll bring to us? A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written A good level of English Customer support experience Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Computer literacy/Microsoft word/Excel Have strong teamwork and ethics Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail Excellent listening, empathy and questioning skills Benefits What do we offer? Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period) Full time:(39 hours/week) Working days/Hours.
Mon-Fri, 9-18, with one short day.
One Sunday/month (compensated with another free day) Salary.
€ gross per year 300€ bonus on the 4th month Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu Hybrid work model.
4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home Training.
Around 3 weeks Office location.
