Territory Manager MedTech Surgery, EndoMech & Energy, Poland Location.
Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships In that role you will be responsible for growing and development of surgery products & solutions with JnJ MedTech EndoMech&Energy portfolio to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration, building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area.
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
Promotes medical devices products & procedures to hospital clinical and non-clinical staff and develops a strong relationship with customers as key account.
Identifies potential opportunities impacts to business and prepare proper plan to address to the risk and opportunities.
Daily visits and meetings with customers on OR and with non-clinical customers to provide sales & products promotion, presentations, differentiation.
Initiate contacts with new customers as well makes regular visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.
Identifies customer needs, recommends new products and services to address solutions in dedicated accounts.
Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches introductions.
Handles customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.
Collaborates with other departments internally to ensure a timely resolution.
Provides input to sales forecast for business planning.
Relays relevant market information to management.
Creates proposals for expansion of customer base.
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have.
Sales experience from pharma or medical devices business would be an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills, logical thinking Solution oriented, ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market Creativity and initiative supported by past experience High level of engagement and responsibility, resistance to stress and difficult situations Very good knowledge of English, Polish language on native level Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) Mobility (availability to travel frequently) This is what awaits YOU at J&J.
