n this role, the candidate needs to:● Align training and documentation initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.● Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive training and knowledge management strategy.● Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles.● You work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.● Be the main Point of Contact in terms of process knowledge for a specific set of products, including process optimization and flow consultation from other departments.● Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.● You identify and analyze data and take action on it to streamline processes, increase adoption of content, and optimize the value and relevance of the content.● You support our internal and external training departments by coordinating the knowledge team efforts to complement training offerings.● Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
