TRANSPORT SPECIALIST

Responsible for delivering product in an efficient, cost effective and punctual way, with the required quality and service level of each channel in the markets under his/her responsibility.Forecasting and communicating the demand to partners to get the required transportation capacity.Monitoring the Transportation Service, evaluating KPIs (full customer experience: from order to delivered) and being the first to communicate unavoidable delays to concerned stakeholders. Propose action plan for service improvement.Responsible for Transportation costs of the markets/flows under his/her responsibility, including Customs related costs, managing the provider invoices and controlling that invoiced costs are according the negotiated and meeting the agreed budget.RequiredDegree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.1-3 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in similar positionGood analytical skills, service-oriented and must work well in a team environment.Project management capabilities and willing to apply technology to the planning and logistics will be very appreciated.Positive energy and constructive mindset to cope with difficult situations.IT skills: Proficiency with Excel and desirable experience on SAP (or any other ERP) and transportation management tools.Good communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions both speaking and writing.Languages: English & Spanish.
