Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Imputar pedidos en el sistema informático.
Realizar el seguimiento del estado de los pedidos que le sean asignados.
Contacto diario con clientes para informar proactivamente del estado de sus pedidos, incidencias o cualquier anomalía.
Realizar la recogida y solicitud de las reclamaciones, darles respuesta a los clientes o trasladar la reclamación al departamento oportuno.
Comunicación diaria con transportistas para el conocimiento del estado del pedido, y de las incidencias surgidas durante el transporte.
Revisar e analizar cargos de clientes y transportistas.
Coordinación interna de los distintos departamentos implicados para proporcionar información a los clientes.
Registro de las incidencias con los clientes en los sistemas, hasta el cierre de las mismas.
Administrar y revisar los sistemas bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad.
Informar sobre los posibles riesgos de servicio y propone medidas correctivas.
Realizar reportes e informes periódicos.
Implementa los nuevos sistemas de TI relacionados con la atención al cliente cuando es necesario.
Suministrar apoyo / cobertura a su responsable
