We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers in the Netherlands, Brazil, South Korea, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, and other countries, with around 2,200 employees, including more than 600 R&D engineers.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for market development, customer development and sales of terrestrial PV storage products and solutions in Western Europe. Mainly in Spain, Germany and Benelux;Responsible for the business development and expansion of the ground power plant business in the region to ensure that the sales target is accomplished;Promote Hopewind brand in the region and increase brand awareness;Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with key industry clients, seeking sales opportunities, and building good, solid sales relationships with project developers, EPCs, and local design and consulting firms;Understanding customer needs and providing competitive ground-mounted PV solutions to customers;Actively communicate and work collaboratively with the corporate HQ team.We're Looking for Someone Who:5+ years of direct sales experience in large-scale PV ground-mounted power plants;Strong sales and bidding skills with excellent business negotiation skills;Good industry contacts and excellent past sales record. IPP, EPC and other large customer resources in the industry are preferred;Familiar with PV industry standards and requirements, including market requirements for products, grid connection requirements, etc.Familiar with PV ground-mounted project solutions, in-depth understanding of systematic solutions including inverters, energy storage PCS, box-type substations and other equipment;Familiarity with supply contracts and the terms and conditions contained therein, risk identification and risk mitigation programs;Familiar with PV inverter technology, PV inverter ground power plant sales experience is preferred;Good communication skills and commercial mindset, able to work independently.
