VERTICAL SALES MANAGER (CCTV AND INTRUSION SYSTEMS)

LOCATION: Madrid, SpainREPORTS TO: Commercial DirectorOur client is a global leader in video surveillance technology (CCTV), providing advanced solutions such as high-definition cameras, video recorders, and intelligent analytics tools. Their products enhance security by offering real-time monitoring and analysis for a variety of applications, from residential to large-scale commercial projects. -- MISSION –As a Vertical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific vertical markets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth by leveraging industry expertise and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and deep knowledge of the end-user market.-- RESPONSIBILITIES --Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned verticals to achieve revenue targets and market growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the vertical, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the vertical.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities for the vertical.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends to effectively position our solutions.-- REQUIREMENTS --Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in sales management (at least 3 years managing a team of a minimum of 2 people), with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Deep understanding of the CCTV market or similar and its market dynamics.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Fluent in Spanish and B2 in English.Willingness to travel as needed within the region.Living within a commutable distance of MadridExecutiveSurf is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
