We are more than 600 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.We are currently looking for a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – IVR (REMOTE) with experience of at least two years, for a financial sector project, stable and with growth possibilities 💪✅Requirements:Genesys, high importance to have IVRs & Bots experience. Experience developing conversational flows with Architect/Dialog Engine on Genesys Cloud.Knowledge of conversational application design and automatic voice recognition flows. Experience developing recognition grammars. Experience developing IVR applications with open questions.Familiar with agile development tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence). Ability to work in a team. Knowledge of VXML, JSP, Javascript programming languages ​​is valued. Development of xml and abnf recognition grammars is valued. Good level of written and spoken English.**Remote Work!!! 👉only allowed from Spain.
