Job Summary.
The Visualization & Product Development Analyst is responsible for creating insightful data visualizations and contributing to the development of data-driven products.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and develop interactive dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Based at our Bengaluru India corporate office, you will report directly to the Visualization & Product Development Manager for ISC ​   Job Responsibilities.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Ensure visualizations are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports to reflect changing business needs.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop data-driven products and features.
Participate in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring data integrity and usability.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product features and functionality.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain data models and queries to support visualization and reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations and reports.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to interact with and interpret visualizations.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and product development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Participate in data governance and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of data integrity.
Qualifications.
·        Education.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
·        Experience.
3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related role.
Key Competencies.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Certifications in data visualization or product management.
