We are now looking to expand with new team members in order to revolutionize healthcare!If you look for more information please check our website http://www.tuotempo.comWe are looking for a Product Manager who is excited about working in a start-up and will thrive in a company culture where proactivity and accountability are highly appreciated!The candidate must have knowledge and experience in the contact centers sector, and led the design, development of a CRM / ERP product implementing conversational user interfaces.Role DescriptionYou will be in charge of:The Voicebot and Chatbot roadmapStimulate the innovation and evolution of these modules (collect queries from the market, provide developers with instructions about the new features to be implemented, etc...)Support Project Managers to analyze customers’ needs and to implement our solution into the customer’s infrastructureLiaise with our platform providers and technical partners to troubleshoot any issueWriting and reviewing documentation about Voicebot and Chatbot featuresTrain the internal team on these modulesLeverage synergies across TuoTempo’s modulesRequirmentsWe’re searching for someone with a broad understanding of contact center sector who:Has a bachelor degree (preferably Computer engineering or mathematics or related field)Has at least 1 years of professional experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Project ManagerHas worked with AI on complex projectsIs familiar with conversational user interfacesHas experience in hosted telephony and VoIP / SIP (Asterisk, Free PBX and the market standard software for telephony)Has worked with Twilio or similar solutionsHas worked with Meta for Business SuiteHas excellent communication skills and is able to communicate complex topics to any audienceCan build trust both within our organization and with customersIs proactive, focused and consistentIs fluent in EnglishAble to effectively manage Italian conversations with the development teamAny other language is a plusRecruitment processAn interview with a member of the HR team to get to know you and understand your interests and motivation;An interview with the hiring manager that includes a practical exercise;A final interview with the hiring manager and the VP of Product;Offer 🎉Our Benefits:🏡 Full Remote work with the possibility of coming to our offices in Bologna/Barcelona, as you prefer!📈 Share options plan after 6 months of effective work with us🍽️ Ticket Restaurant (8 Euros/day)🌴 Additional day off for your birthday❤️ Metasalute/Adeslas - Health Insurance❤️Ifeel access - mental wellbeing platform🤝🏻A close-knit team of professionals, willing to share their expertise.
