This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join one of the most exciting software success stories in EuropeNOTE: This role requires a relocation to Barcelona (Spain)My client is a recognised fast-growing SaaS scale-up (170 FTE) disrupting the customer interaction space. They are highly rated and loved for their solution and culture as they are revolutionising the business communications sector.The company is doing over €15M ARR, with a sales team spread across Europe and strong client penetration in 60+ countries. Now, they are ready to continue their hyper-scale mode towards €50M ARR in the upcoming years. Their focus lies within the SMB and midmarket segment.As such, we're looking for a VP of Sales who really takes pleasure in building a world-class sales motion for the SMB and midmarket segment with a strong inbound flow. And getting the most out of high-potential individuals in an environment that is set up for success.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of sales directors, 8-12 AEs, partnership managers, and sales engineersCreate a top-performing sales team and coach the team to successBuild a data-driven sales organizationImprove sales motions for the SMB and Midmarket segmentFurther build out the partnership strategyGrow the net new revenue metrics YoYYou must have:Strong SMB leadership track record within the SaaS industry with a minimum of 3 yearsYou have built and scaled an SMB sales team with at least 10 mln in ARRYou are data-driven and a strong believer in data, innovation and AI disruptionsYou are hands-on and eager to support your team in every way possible to succeedWant to know more about who wrote this job listing?Bluebird is a talent search company set up by SaaS Sales Executives for SaaS Sales Executives.
