In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.About the JobWe are looking for a dynamic Web & SEO Manager to join our Online Marketing Team. The candidate will take ownership of our website’s performance and drive traffic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the team responsible for maintaining an optimized website, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing SEO best practices. This person will also oversee content creation for the blog, lead web redesign or improvement projects, and ensure optimal user experience (UX) and performance metrics such as load time and responsiveness.Responsibilities IncludeWebsite Content Management: Ensure all web content is regularly updated, relevant, and aligns with our brand voice and strategy.Website Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website speed, performance, and functionality to maintain high standards of user experience and loading times. SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance website visibility.Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging blog content that aligns with SEO goals and business objectives.Lead Web Projects: Manage and execute website improvement and redesign projects, focusing on structure, usability, and design to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key SEO and website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Keyword Research & On-page SEO: Conduct keyword research to guide content teams, and optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and more. Link Building & Off-page SEO: Develop and execute strategies for link-building and improve the website’s domain authority. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as online marketing, design, and development to ensure website and SEO strategies are aligned with business goals.Technical SEO: Ensure technical SEO aspects (e.g., sitemaps, crawl errors, schema markup) are consistently optimized and up-to-date. Budget oversight: Responsible for managing and tracking the web budget to ensure efficient allocation and spending controlStay Updated: Stay informed of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools to maintain a competitive edge in SEO strategy.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Web & SEO Manager or similar role. Fluent EnglishStrong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website performance tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles. Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail, with a passion for improving user experience.
