As Wholesale Business Performance and Transformation (BP&T) Manager, reporting directly to the Wholesale Director, you will be responsible of the Wholesale and E-Concession business performance and transformation initiatives, bridging the link between these businesses and their operations.
The role is based in Madrid and is temporary, to cover a maternity leave from November to June , approximately.
Your role will be.
Business Performance Support the Wholesale Director and Finance Team in defining the Strategic Plan, annual objectives, and budgets, ensuring optimal business performance.
Develop and maintain data-driven performance monitoring and reporting across departments (Commercial, Merchandising, Operations).
Coordinate processes and initiatives across all Wholesale areas and within the wider organization.
Manage a junior team member and an intern, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritization.
Finance & Strategic Planning.
Support yearly budget creation, monthly financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
Monitor invoicing targets, manage risks, and collaborate with Finance on risk control.
Sales & Performance Tracking.
Oversee sales data management, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insights for performance tracking.
Conduct sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and assist teams in implementing action plans.
E-concession Management.
Govern systems workflows, provide operational support, and oversee reconciliation processes.
Buying Sessions.
Prepare for and support buying sessions, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and final order processing.
Orders.
Support retroplanning definition of order process upload and order confirmation sending Transformation (Projects).
Define and implement the yearly roadmap for Wholesale projects, establishing priorities and business cases.
Act as the liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
Lead cross-functional project teams and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of goals.

What is important for the role.
8+ years of experience in similar role.
High analytical skills with a deep understanding of key business KPIs.
Experience in project management valuable previous experience in Consulting.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects, particularly those involving multiple business functions and technical teams.
Collaborative team player and great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
Fluent in English and Spanish, as the candidate will be operating in a multilingual, international environment.
Retail or luxury industry experience is a plus.
Expert with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have experience in Data visualization tools such as Power BI & Google environment.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
