As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will.
- Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business - Communication between the team and our client - Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI - Weekly & monthly reports to Customer.
- Human resources/ team building/ team planning/ workforce management.
- Coordination backup during holiday, illness and members leaving - Define and set training objectives with the involvement or approval of the client - Organize the trainings and make sure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processes - Take care of the training of additional team members when needed, ensuring they reach the level of knowledge necessary to start working on the tool - Coach the team and keep them motivated Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Are bilingual or proficient in Portuguese with advanced English and Spanish - Have good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns and customer journeys - Have at least 1 years' experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool and preferably first experience with a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment and scoring.
- Are experienced in team management - Have knowledge of Windows/MS Office -Excellent time management.
