Let's get in touch 🚀What You’ll Be DoingServing as the subject matter expert and collaborating with the applicable teams/internal stakeholders to maintain a safe working environmentCollaborating with the Global EHS Team on the implementation of the global health & safety management systemEnsuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standardsInterpreting, and understanding Revolut's legal obligations, especially in maintaining compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislationSupporting the facilities management team to manage and coordinate building safety-related information and periodically visiting our officesManaging the EHS service desk, reviewing home workstation self-assessments, and responding to individual/team support requestsSupporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global Health & Safety Management SystemMonitoring performance against HSE objectives and targets, taking corrective and preventative actions as necessaryInvestigating incidents and accidents, taking appropriate corrective and preventative actions to prevent re-occurrencePlanning and executing global projects, managing resources, and reporting on objectives and their progressUndertaking regular audits of the Health & Safety Management System, taking appropriate corrective and preventative actions to address any non-conformityKeeping abreast of developments in legislation and best practise, and recommending changes to the management system as necessaryCoaching colleagues to build knowledge of health and safety processesWhat You'll NeedA level of education required by local legislation to act as the competent personFluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsRelevant experience understanding and applying EU Health and Safety legislationExcellent stakeholder management skillsNice to haveExposure to or a basic understanding of wider health and safety legislation, regulations and codes of good practice (covering APAC, EMEA & AMER)Experience in environment management systemsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
