Second Line Operations of Mobile and Fixed Data/Voice Platforms in a multi-vendor environment.
Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality, continuity of service and the restoring time for Core Transport Network elements.
In collaboration with 1st Line Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms to detect and eliminate faults.
Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities with planning and delivery functions.

ong Description In case of an incident, assure trouble shooting analysis and all the repair actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service and performance restoration Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network, e.

Daily Walkthroughs and Health checks for Core Transport components Solve network related Incidents within SLA by Troubleshooting on DWDM /SDH components in order to ensure Network Stability.
Perform Service Requests for Capacity Extensions Knowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the network.
Introduce and manage vendor and on the job training Assure planned work activities and upgrade of Core Transport components.
Onboarding and implementation of Service requests ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on functionalities With these skills you are a great candidate.
German and English fluency University degree (Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology) 2 years of experience in Telecommunication, on similar position Good knowledge of Mobile / Fixed network architectures (with experience in main vendors technologies (Nokia, Ciena, Huawei) Experience with Core TX elements HUAWEI WDM (OSN / OSN / OSN Families), HUAWEI SDH (OSN Families) and Ciena WDM ( Series / RLS / Wave Server).
