ACCESS CONTROL PRODUCT MANAGER

We are hiring a Product Manager Access Control Solutions for Europe South Region ( Spain, Portugal and Italy))ZKTeco Europe is a multinational enterprise specialized in the manufacture and development of biometrics and RFID technology solutions for the Security industry.Our main focus is on Biometrics such as face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition, applied to Time Attendance, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance and many more areas.We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated a Product Manager Access Control for Europe South Region ( Spain, Portugal and Italy) within our Technology Department in Madrid, that can help us achieve our goals.The position of Product Manager we’re looking for will be part of the Technology Department that work closely with Sales Teams in understanding the different Access Control Products domains, the performance of our products, and the design of the new products & services in our pipeline.Responsabilities:Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Access Control Products that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats and make data-driven decisions to drive product innovation and differentiation. Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, create business cases to prioritise strategic investment and create a roadmap that delivers value to our customers and drives business growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle. Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of product initiatives and ongoing performance by forming a deep understanding of the key product engagement and usage trends to drive continuous improvement and shape the strategy. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including executives, team members, partners and customers. Capable of coaching and driving product-led methodologies across the business. Work closely with our markets across Europe South ( Spain , Portugal and Italy) Support them in building compelling propositions when including our products and services in their sales propositionsCapture and translate their needs into future product and service requirementsRequierements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred. Solid experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a security company. Good understanding of access control solutions and proficient in product management best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences and be the product champion internally and externally. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive product strategy. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working with Access Control Products in previous companies. Familiarity with product management toolsEnglish: fluent, both written and verbal (C1-C2).Location:The role will be based in Madrid.
