As an Account Manager you will be the main link between our customers and Playn GO.
All communication with customers is handled by you and it is always the goal of the account manager to improve the relationship with customers and to create a stronger bond towards us as a brand and company.
Your duties will include but are not limited to.
Owning the relationship between the company and the customer.
Working closely with the customers to set a roadmap that correlates with the companys overall business and development plan.
Educating and informing the customer of company products and systems including news and updates of the same.
Overseeing that product offers contracts; and business models are adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
Introducing educating; and managing integrations with new customers.
Coaching and challenging our customers always being a step ahead and identifying what improvements can be made together with your accounts.
Maintaining awareness of market conditions competitive products offered and pricing of these.
Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns and identifying problems or issues that may arise including KPIs.
Contributing as a key member of the AM team; making valuable contributions to business discussions around the companys daytoday operations and longterm strategy.
Report on customer trends and competitor activities regarding marketing communication and campaigns specifically relating to slots What we ask of you.
Outstanding communication ss and very organized Understanding of the iGaming industry in general slots in particular Ability to prioritise and work independently Problemsolving and a cando attitude.
Be willing to travel internationally in line with business needs.
Experience working with pre regulated markets is considered as a huge plus Fluency in English is a must both written and spoken an additional language is a good et Whats in it for you If you feel great youll do great.
