Job descriptionBrand relationshipsYou will develop and sell influencer marketing proposals (the whole process, from talent scouting, strategic selection of profiles, content development, coordination with the creative, production and paid media team) that deliver value to our  clients.You will pitch  sponsorship or Branded Content deals to new clients.You will contact, attract and retain clients for  our service portfolio of  content production, management, protection and valuation of content, and digital channel support.You will manage daily interactions with our brand customers and keep track of all deliverables  to ensure targets and commitments are met.Account management and upsell Follow up on collaborations between brands and influencers. Prepare and present reports of results.Upsell to existing clients to present new creative ideas and campaigns.Weekly reporting on customer deliverables  in progress and planned.Know how and analysis of  the important KPIs for  Influencer marketing campaigns.Collaboration with team members in the best interests of our customers and the company..​​Collaboration to drive strategic initiatives, projects and opportunities - both internal and external.Industry Knowledge and Team CoordinationKeep up to date with all features, trends and technical developments on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok. Work as a team with the rest of the sales, operations, services, production, marketing and finance teams, keeping them informed of business developments.What you bring to itCreativity and Passion. Empowerment and Excellence. Successful candidates will have 2 years experience in digital media.Successful candidates will have some experience in marketing agencies. Experience in team management.Experience and knowledge of Branded Content.Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.Passionate about social media.Knowledge of the YouTube, IG and Tik Tok ecosystem at an internal level.Knowledge and love for data and analytics.Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent of 3-4 years duration.Ability to work very quickly and under pressure on multiple tasks.Advanced knowledge of general office automation (especially Excel) and the Google Apps environment.English (bilingual), and spoken Spanish. Optimal time management skills.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.What we offer40 hours per week at the 2btube office in the center of Madrid at Calle Marqués de Monteagudo 24.22 working days holiday.1 telework day per week (Friday) + 4 weeks in the summer.
