As an Account Manager on our team, you will.
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets - Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers - Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers - Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan - Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution - Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound - Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
