As an Account Manager, you will learn the necessary tasks to ensure support at all levels, ensuring speed, efficiency, and a high degree of courtesy and professionalism in dealing with clients. Here are some of the things you will learn and participate in on a daily basis:Providing support to clients ensuring speed, efficiency, and a high degree of courtesy and professionalism in dealing with clients, whether by phone, email, or in face-to-face meetings.Resolution of technical queries from clients, aiming to satisfy them with friendly behavior, a proactive attitude, and willingness to help at all times. • Monitoring client issues in order to provide a satisfactory solution.Direct response to client requests when appropriate and referral to the corresponding department.Responsible for achieving prompt resolution and client satisfaction.Collaboration in the review and processing of client documentation.Minimum requirements:Essential: Very high level of English and Spanish.Excellent communication skills in both languages.Proactive communication and friendliness.Passion for learning and acquiring new knowledge about product and service evolution.Positive attitude and flexibility in a constantly changing environment.Desirable: Highly desirable proficiency in a third language: French, Italian, German, or other.Highly desirable knowledge of trading and financial products (CFDs, forex, commodities, indices, stocks, futures, ETFs, etc.).Knowledge of trading platforms: MetaTrader, TWS, etc.What will you find?
