The company markets its products under its two global brands – Apollo and Vredestein, and its products are available in over 100 countries through a vast network of branded, exclusive and multi-product outlets.Job Title: Account Manager - OHT SpecialistLocation: Aragon, Catalunya or the northern part of Comunidad ValencianaReports to (Position): Regional Sales Manager OHTDepartment/Function: Sales SpainShort description of the work field:As an OHT Specialist you will be part of the Sales department based in Spain. You will be the principal point of contact between the business and the customers. You will ensure the current customers have the right products, identify new markets and customer leads, and support the other Account Managers in their sales activity. You will be responsible for achieving the OHT sales targets assigned by Regional Sales Manager OHT and by working closely with key customers and users, in the field.What will be your role in more detail?Achieve Sales Targets: Work with the existing distribution network and identify new potential dealers by establishing, developing, and maintaining strong business and customer relationships.Gather Market Insights: Conduct territory and market analyses, assess customer and competitor actions, and create a comprehensive territory map, including wholesalers, tyre dealers, machinery dealers, and key end-users.Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Manage product trials, address potential claims, and represent the company at sector events to enhance customer experience.Negotiate and Coordinate: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and marketing arrangements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Provide Expertise: Support the Sales team with your specialised knowledge of the market and technical expertise in OHT (Off-Highway Tyres).Do you have what it takes? (requirements)You have minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the agricultural sectorYou have an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional attitudeYou are customer-oriented and have effective communication skillsYou feel comfortable with interdisciplinary collaborationYou speak native Spanish, fluent English and some basics of CatalanAny experience with farming, agricultural machinery and/or agricultural tyre sector is a plusYou live in Aragon, Catalunya or the northern part of Comunidad ValencianaWhat can you expect?
