ACCOUNT MANAGER SENIOR PR

At LF Channel we are looking for an Account Director with experience in leading clients and teams, who can bring value and create impact for the brands and organizations we work with. This role requires proven experience within PR agencies in the Spanish market.We are seeking a self-driven professional with a strategic and a wide vision of communication, capable of managing and overseeing various projects, while coordinating a diverse team of in-house professionals and occasionally free-lancersKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee communication strategies and plans aligned with client objectives.Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects.Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic consulting and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and growth.Bringing proactivity and innovation to every project, always seeking the best solutions for our clients.Active collaboration in developing new business proposals, contributing to the agency's growth.Budget preparation, monitoring, and supervision, ensuring the optimal use of resources.What are we looking for?Proven experience in account management and team leadership within communication or PR agencies in SpainAbility to work autonomously, while also being part of a collaborative team.Strategic mindset and the ability to make decisions that add value to clients.Excellent communication skills and experience managing client relationships.A proactive attitude, team player, results-oriented, and innovative spirit.Our Commitment to DiversityAt LF Channel, we believe that diverse teams are stronger teams.
