ACCOUNT MANAGER-SUPPLY

In this role, you will be in charge of managing and developing strong relationship with company’s current hotel chains/Suppliers performances.Focusing on the full cycle process ensuring compliance with established deadlines and goals in the Supply Department.ResponsibilitiesSuppliers ManagementBe the first point of contact for any request received in the department from Supplier Account, focusing on suppliers sales and developing relationship company’s current hotel chains/Suppliers.Proactively remain connected and to clients to grow the account performance in an regular and efficient way.Process any important information received via the ticketing service system respecting our internal SLA.Unblock situations using common sense and follow processes as identicate in our central information system.Escalate major issues to management. Identify emergency situations and process them as soon as possible.Use of the internal tools and reports to help prioritise your workload.Attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities when requestedOperation processingMake sure that the system is operating efficiently and through our major KPIs.Create operational efficienciesOptimize hotel chains (Supplier) updating and monitoring contents loaded and actualized with suitable format (Master room, Master rates, services) & Available Rate Inventory (ARI) updated Identify key blockers of better operational service and apply possible penalties for offenders. Implement new solutions to facilitate the team´s daily tasks but also in a constant effort to minimize manual work and resource deployment.Monitor and check the hotel chains competitiveness and progress, Make adjustment help Supplier ty determine where changes are necessary to improve business operations or expand.Coordinate with other departmentsWork cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in at different levels.Knowledgeable on other departments processes.QualificationsPrevious account management experienceAccountability and proactivityExcellent communication and relationship management skills Self-starter who can work independently and engage cross-functional teamsAnalytical thinkingExcellente EnglishPrior hotel chains distribution or hospitality related experiences is a plusWillingness and ability to travel
