Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a talented Active Directory Engineer to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.📌Key Responsibilities:Analyse and Improve current Infrastructure.Active Directory Infrastructure monitoring.Monitor performance and ensure system and service availability and reliability.Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.Infrastructure Deployment and Patch management.Systems and services version update following life cycle.Explore, test and implement new version functionalities.Troubleshooting and incident investigation and resolution.Non-Microsoft system LDAP integration /troubleshooting.Liaise with vendors and other IT members for problem resolution.RBAC based delegation model analysis, design and implementation.Automation.💡Skills:Minimum 2 years' experience in Active Directory Infrastructure team (level 3) preferred.Minimum 4 years' experience as a System Administrator for end-to-end complex infrastructures.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory services, including AD Trusts, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM authentication, and Certificates.Familiarity with authentication protocols and integration with non-Microsoft systems.Experience in implementation and Patch Management.Proficient in general troubleshooting and logs management.Ability to quickly solve problems and delegate or automate processes.Fluency in English for effective communication with international teams, both verbal and written.👉 Job Conditions & Benefits:📜 Permanent contract.📍 Work Mode: Hybrid, with 4 days remote and 1 day in-person in Madrid (flexible).💰 Competitive salary.
