La misión del puesto será atender a los clientes de manera satisfactoria, además de solventar las incidencias de forma eficiente; tramitación de pedidos, seguimiento de ellos y llevar a cabo cualquier gestión que derive de su pedido.
Principales funciones.
- Interlocución con clientes (chat, mail, teléfono) - Gestión documental - Elaboración de informes y análisis de servicio - Gestión, medición y registro de incidencias - Gestión de entrada de pedidos - Dar de alta puntos de venta, en los sistemas (Infolog, GLS, TMS) - Envío de estatus de entrega - Conocimiento y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de seguridad alimentaria y medioambiente Si te interesa formar parte de una reconocida empresa del sector logístico y continuar desarrollándote, no lo dudes y ¡apúntate!
