20th January (COB) Advanced Scheduling Data Process Transformation Manager ( Months Fixed Term Contract) An Advanced Scheduling programme under Smart Manufacturing has been established, aiming for driving Production Scheduling implementation as part of the introduction of an advanced scheduling tool, transforming global process standards to the operationalised level to deliver towards the Smart Manufacturing vision, at each site that falls within scope.
This role of Advanced Scheduling Data Process Transformation Manager will work across multiple sites to understand current state data processes, identify quick wins and build the future state data processes aligned to our business transformation and digital ambition.
The role would suit a self-motivated individual who has a passion for data and good appreciation of the manufacturing processes with direct experience in one or more functional areas (e.

This role will work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing GPO Teams as well as Advanced Scheduling Operation Managers to support the successful design and implementation of the business transformations.
You will help to define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for the Scheduling and Manufacturing Data process (to enable the business to operate effectively within the enterprise-wide global business).
You will work closely with data process SMEs and the Master Data Management transformation team to build and develop standardised GSK data processes.
These new processes will ensure we have right first-time data available for business.
You will recommend the data rules and standards and will work with the Scheduling Teams and E2E Service to drive data quality improvements to ensure fit for purpose data feeding into our execution and decision-making processes.
You will achieve this by understanding practical data management issues, bringing the “outside in” and working across functions and support services to address the issues or recommend optimisation opportunities, to ensure the processes deliver business benefit across the end-to-end supply chain processes.
Why you?  Qualifications & Skills.
Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant discipline and strong relevant work experience.
Knowledge, experience of Manufacturing Data Processes.
Demonstrated capability in designing, problem solving and leading implementation of digital & analytics solutions, with at least site-level scale of complexity.
Knowledgeable in the supply and manufacture of a range of therapy areas and dose forms – Small molecules, Biopharm and Steriles.
A highly credible leader with strength in direct and matrix leadership as well as working with site leadership team level.
Knowledge of the GSK ERP template (CERPs / MERPs) especially an understanding of the master data objects.
Preferred Experience Ability to work with at high pace, shifting between working independently and driving collaboration across a diverse team.
Strategic thinking, able to deal with multiple options and ambiguity to create forward plans.
Ability to flex communication style for all levels of supply chain operational and manufacturing organisations including strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of analytical processes and tools (e.
