Be part of an energetic and dynamic work atmosphere, with offices in the centre of Barcelona, Diagonal.WITH US, YOU WILL BE...Managing and building long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of advertisersConstantly optimizing and creating campaigns for our largest clientProviding creative and analytical adviceCreating and coordinating online campaign strategiesAnalysing campaigns and relevant data on a daily basisReporting on a weekly / monthly basis both externally to clients and internally to management on campaign resultsActively contacting, onboarding and activating new advertisersNegotiating with publishers and optimizing their ad spacesWorking closely with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issuesCollaborating with the technical team to set up new platform features and improvementsNegotiating and closing advertising budgets and deals to scale portfolio valueContinuously learning and staying up to date with the latest industry news and trendsAttending international tradeshowsWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU...Excellent level of EnglishRussian speaking would be beneficial2 years minimum experience in the digital sectorExperience in the iGaming (online casino, gambling, betting) would be highly advantageousKnowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)Strong technical understandingCritical-thinking and basic mathematical skillsComfortable with adult contentA passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovationsExcellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong negotiation abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environmentIN RETURN, YOU WILL GET...Private health insuranceCompany MacBookQuarterly Bonus based on KPI’s setBrand new office with magnificent viewsFree coffee and snacksFlexible working hoursSend your application to career@twinred.com
