Our dedicated team, strategically located in Barcelona and Luxembourg, is committed to empowering affiliates to maximize their traffic monetization by converting users from all corners of the globe.For the Support Affiliate Manager position, we are seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team. You will mainly be responsible for assisting affiliates, helping them with theirregistration process, account set up and other requests by following specific processes.WITH US, YOU WILL …» Assist affiliates during the onboarding process, including registration and account setup.» Provide prompt and effective communication with affiliates, addressingexternal inquiries and conveying internal concerns.» Maintain and update internal and external documentation, such as FAQs.» Follow established guidelines and processes to ensure efficient affiliate support.» Coordinate with various teams to meet affiliate needs accurately and timely.» Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reports on all activities to key stakeholders.» Troubleshoot issues, including technical and sales-related problems.» Perform routine tasks with meticulous attention to detail.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU …» Excellent proficiency in English.» Familiarity with media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.) is highly advantageous.» Curiosity and aptitude for technical tools and concepts related to affiliate marketing.» Strong critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.» Comfortable with adult content.» Passion for affiliate marketing, technology, and digital innovation.» Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.» Discretion in handling sensitive information.» Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.» Proficiency in multitasking» Highly beneficial to have experience in affiliate marketing, customer support, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.IN RETURN, YOU WILL GET . . .» Private health insurance» Company Laptop» Brand new office with magnificent views» Free coffee and snacks» Flexible working hoursSend your application to career@twinred.com
