Job DescriptionPosition Title: Agent Experience ManagerReports To: Managing Partner/DirectorPosition Summary: The Agent Experience Manager is an integral part of our team. The AgentExperience Manager will perform various functions to drive company success and the growth ofagents' business. The Agent Experience Manager should have a team player mindset and willcontribute to their office's successes by being the pillar of support for anything“The Agency”. In addition to this position's primary responsibilities, this candidate mustexemplify characteristics of the company's core values, demonstrating a commitment tointegrity, collaboration, and innovation.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:• Act as the agents’ relationship manager and main point of contact for all requests,helping solve problems & escalating as needed, liaising with the marketing department• Responsible for preparing and conducting onboarding processes for staff and agents• Act as an ambassador of The Agency, welcoming new agents and supporting themthroughout the entire onboarding process• Partner closely with Sales Managers to build and execute agent onboarding successstrategies• Responsible for assisting new agents in adapting to our company culture and work withagents to increase awareness of available initiatives• Manage listing and licensing transfers throughout the onboarding process withCorporate Records• Continue to build on The Agency’s strong foundation of customer service, ensuring ouragents are passionate about The Agency• Provide training, direction, and outstanding customer service to support agent workflowwithin our proprietary and third-party software systems• Maintain and build relationships with RE agents to support the growth of their business• Ensure day to day high priority issues are resolved thoroughly, with a strong customer-service mindset• Maintain commission tracking platform and prepare/submit commission breakdowns(CDAs)• Ensure listing compliance with regulatory guidelines• Maintain CRM• Generate monthly reports for analysis for Managing Partner/Director/Manager asneeded• Regular effective communication with real estate agents and marketing team to bringlistings to market, both in house and at other offices• Adherence to local rules and regulations by the RE associations and authorities• Perform other office tasks as directed by leadership and Sales Managers• Complete facility management tasks, including general office and business supplyorders, equipment troubleshooting & repair coordination, liaising with buildingmanagement, and oversee general office appearance and maintenance issues.• Maintain business records for your office location(s), including preparing and processing, licenses, insurance certificates, etc.• Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management• Partner with Sales Manager & Marketing Account Manager in the facilitation andexecution of agent business planning.Required Skills and Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred• Customer Service Background• 1+ Year of Real Estate Industry Experience Preferred• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and database software. CRM software and/orback-office software experience a plus.• Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiplecompeting priorities• Highly detail-oriented• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and able to effectivelycommunicate across all levels of the organization• Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations• Exceptional initiative and follow through skills. Knows what needs to be done andoperates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline• The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of projects, and leadingyour team by show of example• A commitment to innovation and the desire to exceed expectations and requirements forthe role• Great customer service attitude and always willing to find an answer or assist agentswith any type of inquiry
