AGILE PROJECT MANAGER

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Agile Project Manager!What do you need to fulfill this job?Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.Agile Framework Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing custom Agile frameworks tailored to large organizational needs.Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Implementation: Experience with implementing SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks across multiple teams or departments.Change Management: Strong background in managing change initiatives and driving Agile adoption across complex organizational structures.Project Planning and Execution: Advanced skills in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.Agile Coaching: Experience in coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices, helping them transition from traditional project management to Agile.Agile Metrics and Reporting: Proficiency in tracking and reporting on key Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.Proactive and ownership mentality.About HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
