AI QUALITY MANAGER

The AI Content Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of AI training and benchmarking data, designing quality metrics, establishing project KPIs, monitor project and resource performance through whole project cycle and identify retraining needs to fill in knowledge gaps. This role ensures that both the data structure and content are accurate, consistent, and of the highest quality. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI training and benchmarking data. Design and execute quality assurance processes for data structure and content. Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive alignment with quality standards. Create and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and standards. Provide training and support to team members on quality management best practices. Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure process quality and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular audits and reviews of AI training data to identify and rectify errors. Document procedures and findings to support ongoing enhancements and best practices. Efficiently handle annotation and data investigation requests from various stakeholders. Maintain high accuracy and quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in AI and data quality management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quality management, Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Native speaker of one of the following languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Portuguese Brazilian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Additional languages a plus. Ability to identify subtle nuances in language. Experience working with generative AI models and natural language processing (NLP). Experience with quality assurance, content management systems and data annotation tools. Excellent research skills, ability to follow complex guidelines and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in designing and implementing quality metrics and KPIs. Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
