We are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee multiple international projects reporting to the Head of Studios.KEY DUTIES: Contribute to Develop best practices and improve production processes in partnership with the Production efficiency Supervisor.Provide support to Set / maintain guidelines, goals and good performanceManage and develop employees and creative operationsWork with HR Manager and Outsourcing Manager to hire new members of the teamOversee and work with IT Manager / CG Supervisor departments for internal goals and project-related needs (rendering, security, plug-ins, scaling studio, deliveries...)General "housekeeping" of daily and weekly tasks of overseeing budgets, invoices and timesheets with production teamCoordinate Technical onboarding of new hirings.Lead the weekly production meeting and provide reports/metricsAssessing project and resource requirementsEstimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients in collaboration with the Head of Studio.Determining quality control standards and apply them to his direct reports.Overseeing production processes, detect improvement needs and work closely to Pipeline and technical team.Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessaryOrganizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and pipeline in collaboration with IT TeamLiaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff when required.Organizing relevant training sessions related to business and individual needs.ABOUT YOU:Previous experience:- 5 years minimum experience in 3D and/or 2D animation companyLanguages:- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral in English and Spanish.Production management:- Advanced skills in Gantt pro, Google Drive, SHOTGUN and other task management softwareYour skills:Strong management skills. Possesses natural leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate accordingly. Does not shy from diplomatic conflict resolution / management Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think ahead, as well as be highly collaborativeAbility to multitask and supervise multiple ongoing projects, budgets and timelinesInterest and passion in operations oversight, including front deskPassion in fostering young artists (creative interns) and production coordinators******** General information:- Starting date: Mid November desired.- Job location: Presential Las Palmas.- Working shift: Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 06.00, Friday 08.00 to 14.00- Contract: Permanent/long termRecruitment process: 7 days from the first contact.
