About the CompanyA leading company in the manufacturing of technical components, recognized as a leader in its sector and currently in a phase of expansion.Role MissionResponsible for managing the customer portfolio within the assigned geographic area, primarily DACH. The role involves identifying and onboarding new clients as well as optimally managing existing accounts. Direct reporting to the International Commercial Director.Responsibilities and DutiesCommercial management of clients in the assigned geographic area.Comprehensive management of four key accounts of the company.Identification of new clients and optimal management of existing ones, aiming to improve the company’s results in terms of sales volume and profit margins.Setting sales objectives for clients in the area, weekly monitoring of progress, and analyzing potential deviations.Leading kick-offs and managing projects entirely with clients.Acting as a Key Account Manager for the company’s major accounts.Preparing the annual budget for the assigned region.Attending trade fairs: 2–3 fairs per year.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related field.A Master's in International Commercial Management or a related field is highly valued.Native or highly fluent German is essential.Additional languages, such as Spanish or English, are highly valued.If you identify with the position described and are considering new challenges, don’t hesitate to apply.
