Area Sales Manager Pooling Services Join the Rotom Group’s leading pooling services companies, 2Return and Poolback, specializing in sustainable load carrier solutions across Europe. With a strong focus on sustainability and resource efficiency, 2Return and Poolback offer tailored circular pooling models that empower companies in Europe to optimize the supply chain of load carriers like pallets.2Return is headquartered in the Netherlands and offers customized circular pallet pool management across Europe, providing collection, sorting, repair, and timely deliveries of pallets to manufacturers in construction and packaging industries.Poolback is based in Spain, offering an extensive EPAL wooden pallet pooling and banking network with over 250 depots across Europe, enabling seamless pallet transfers without unnecessary transport of empty pallets.As an area Sales Manager for the Pooling Service in your region (Iberia), you will represent 2Return and Poolback’s innovative pooling services. You’ll develop and manage new customer relationships, advocate for the sustainable circular pooling solutions we provide, and support clients in the efficient management of their pallet needs. Your strategic approach and consultative selling skills will be essential in expanding our customer base, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You will be based on the HQ of Poolback in Parla (Madrid).ResponsibilitiesProactively develop new leads and customers by identifying and understanding their needs and aligning our pooling services to add value.Establish, grow, and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric approach.Promote and sell our pooling models, including customized pallet pools, EPAL pallet banking, and plastic load carrier pooling, to clients across the logistics and manufacturing sectors.Develop region-specific sales strategies for Iberia,ensuring alignment with Rotom Group's sustainable and circular business goals.Identify market trends and competitors, adapt strategies, and provide insights to continuously improve our service offering.Manage multiple pipelines using CRM software and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.ExperienceMinimum of 8 years in a sales or business development role within logistics or asset management services, with proven success in consultative selling and lead management.Experience in logistics asset management in industries such as construction, packaging, chemicals, transport & distribution, or food & beverage.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
