Implement & Schedule PP Monitor, Inspect and Maintain Inventory.
Conduct Inventory audits.
Preparation of weekly and monthly Inventory reports.
To maintain SAP excellence requirements.
Daily monitoring the production Quantity Vs.
plan.
Maintain IATF/EHS/ISO/Customer specific requirements.
To be familiar with all company safety policies and programs and follow them.
Knowledge of Import material activities and requirements.
Promote the policy of continuing improvements and quality certifications within all areas of the business unit to the appropriate level.
Develop & execute the production plan.
Prepare monthly reports.
Continual improvement through implementation of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen and maintain ISO , IATF , ISO , ISO .
Knowledge about Slow moving inventory.
Knowledge about obsolete inventory.
