•    Ability to analyze client’s business requirements & objectives and map them to best practices as embodied in SAP CRM •    Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area Ability to Design, Build, Test & Deploy CRM Service Modules and Interaction Center module.
•    Following skills are desired.
Core ABAP CRM     Reports – ALV, classical, interactive     Interfaces--  ALE, IDOC, Proxy     Conversions – BAPI, BDC     Enhancements – User exits, BADI, implicit & explicit enhancements      Forms – ADOBE, Smartforms     Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) ABAP on HANA      Code compatibility corrections     ABAP CDS (Core Data Services)     AMDP     IDA (Integrated data access)     OData protocol  •    Experience in Automation development Projects •    Experience in ABAP development in SAP FICO, SCM, HR modules  •    Experience in complex problem solving  using expert troubleshooting and debugging techniques Roles & Responsibilities •    Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle •    Write well designed code, efficient coding, testing and fine tuning •    Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications •    Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review •    Strong problem solving and analytical skills   About _VOIS India.
