ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As an Assistant Store Manager at Arabian Oud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers while maintaining the highest customer service and store presentation standards.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Excellence: greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance with their shopping needs. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure that all customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience.Store Operations: assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed. Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.Sales and Performance: support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Encourage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals. Participate in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling.Loss Prevention: ensure store security and loss prevention measures are in place and followed. Monitor cash handling and cash register operations. Report any security issues or incidents to the Store Manager and security personnel.Qualifications, Experience and Skills:Diploma of marketing, sales, or equivalent.Fluent in English & Spanish is required Previous retail experience, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.Organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Knowledge of the Arabic language and familiarity with Arabian Oud products is a plus.
