This marks another milestone in our journey to becoming the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe— and beyond.We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive world—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can instantly request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road.What does the Digital Back Office do in the network department?Manages all relationships with the suppliers at an operational level: contacts, documents, deadlines, visits, supplies, agreements, rates, corrective and disciplinary actions, etc.Manages calls, e-mails, and documents sent by existing and prospective suppliers;Support to build a network of workshops within our roadside assistance network ( identify skills, operational activities, facilities, implementation of hlpy's digital process)Supports both the Supplier Network Manager and the front office staff in managing communication and development activities with/for our suppliers;Helps with the analysis of invoices (roadside assistance/repairs);In collaboration with third parties customer care manages complaints and reports from the customers for any damagesGuarantees timely uploading and updating of destination networks; time to repair; control cost of repair; use hlpy's app during the process (roadside assistance and repairs)Requirements:Bachelor's/master's degreeExperience of 3 years in functions similar to those required in the positionPrevious experience in operation, management and development of networks specialization in the relationships with workshops, knowledge of the repair process (times, rates), Budget verification, fleet controlFluent verbal and written communication in EnglishPrevious experience in the roadside assistance field as well as experience in start-ups would be much appreciated.Good organizational and analytical skillsProblem-solverLanguages: Spanish mother tongue and fluent in EnglishPossibility to work in a totally remote position in SpainPlease send your CV in English
