The BRM ensures operational management for IT across Country Iberia by managing the ecosystem of external vendors and internal teams.Key ResponsabilitiesBusiness PartnerTo become the partner for the Business for all IT related topics in the country in relation with the processes of projects, services and equipmentsTo represent Schneider Digital in the country in front of the Business ManagersBeing an integral part of the business, establishes sound relationship to functional key users and other key stakeholders (e.g. senior management, site mgt.)To manage our delivery Partners for the countryAbility to manage digital projects at local level, with the needed digital partners and business stakeholdersOperationsDrive effective support process, coordinating external and internal support teamsOperational service support for local infrastructure and local applicationsManaging of outsourcing partners in outsourced areaEnsure the quality of support for BusinessFollow up on KPI in line with SLAs and manage escalations when needed (e.g., will communicate with local providers or corporate support in case of failure of IT systems, will be SPOC of local business)Identifies trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscapeReport IT results to country / site management DemandsSupport country / site management to define their IT strategy and define prioritiesUnderstand the business processes evolution and focus the new demand to priority areas with major returns, assuring coherence with strategy and business priorities.To contribute to defining and managing the IT scenarios (business and architectural framework wise) assuming the role of “integrator” between the business and IT issues.Clarifies needs expressed by key-users, transforms user requests into demands understandable by partnersManage and challenge project demands from business, ensure they are driving forward either by use of suppliers or other Schneider Digital teamsParticipate in various global projects by driving and ensuring a good local implementation and usage rateFollows and manage local project or enhancement realizationCost ManagementManage local IT cost evolutionRequirementsEducationAcademic degree in computer science from a technical university or an IT specialization from a business school or university Job Related ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environmentSolid understanding of ITIL best preacticesSignificant experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, knowledge of security and communications networks, and knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environmentTechnical SkillsBroad IT knowledge and experienceSolid knowledge and understanding of ITIL best practice and can convert this into improvements for daily operationsExperience and knowledge of application platforms, knowledge of security and communications networks, and knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environmentCoordination of resources, leading small teamsPrevious experience from similar industries is an advantageSoft SkillsSelf-driven, operationally experienced Business Relationship Manager with a can-do attitude.Strong relationship builder - both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partnersExcellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levelsStrong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from variousexperience working with others on a global basisFluent EnglishWhat's in it for me?
