About the Role
You’re a strategic thinker who excels at building systems and relationships. While expertise in piercing jewelry isn’t necessary, you’ll quickly grow into the role. You bring fresh ideas, agility, and a proactive mindset to the table, along with the ability to lead your team and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a diverse, reliable supplier network across regions
Source new products from existing suppliers
Create and enforce supplier agreements (terms, conditions, etc.)
Manage inventory to meet customer demand, minimize excess stock, and handle rush orders
Ensure timely delivery from suppliers
Oversee replenishment purchasing by the Buying Assistant and mentor them
Collaborate on product innovation with the CPO and Product team
Ensure accuracy in procurement documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Continuously analyze cost structures and seek ways to reduce expenses
Monitor competitors and trends to keep product offerings competitive
Align product launches with marketing and sales strategies
Update the Distribution Hub on incoming shipments
Foster a collaborative environment where all stakeholders feel valued
