**Job Description** Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Within Transportation business area, our Civil Engineering Discipline in Spain is seeking an experienced **Project Manager and/or Design Manager** to join our dynamic team in Madrid.
We work with both private and public sectors and have long-term Framework Agreements with several global corporations.

**Key Responsibilities:** + Manage international projects through all phases, from inception to completion.
+ Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, leading meetings and ensuring seamless communication.
+ Work closely with design managers to ensure project alignment.
+ Control project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
+ Develop and enhance Project Performance reports and dashboards using Earned Value techniques.
+ Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve financial and business reports for Continental Europe.
**Qualifications** **What We\ure Looking For:** + **Master\us or Bachelor\us degree** in engineering or a related field.
+ **Experience:** years in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years in Project Management or Design Management.
+ **Skills:** Excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ **Language:** Fluent in English (oral and written).
+ **Commitment:** Proven dedication to Quality Control Policy and Quality Management Systems.
+ **Leadership:** Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams effectively.
+ **Flexibility:** Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
+ **Multitasking:** Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
**Desired Skills:** + Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office (PowerPoint and Word).
+ Experience working with design teams across different countries.
